My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant, with a great location for easy access to Southfield offices, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms were generally good, although ours had some cleanliness issues that were not addressed during our stay. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff going above and beyond to assist us. The hotel offered a small but delicious breakfast. However, the lack of security for certain issues was concerning.
